Summer!

Yesterday was the first official day of summer for me, as I completed the last of my 5 final exams on Tuesday. All-in-all I feel like this last semester was a success... I did better keeping on top of the work and I feel like I learned more. Exams scores always come in painfully slow, but so far so good - I managed to keep my 4.0 physics GPA intact which will be very helpful applying to grad schools in the fall.
To kick off the summer, I spent yesterday cleaning my apartment (managed to clean up my room, at least), rebuilding my computer setup, and transferring the contents of my year-2000 Dell to a VMWare virtual machine so I can run windows on my MacBook Pro (runs a bit faster, too!) At least I managed not to waste the day. Up today: beginning Quantum Mechanics, laundry at my parents' house, and dinner with Martha. Friday: Radiohead. In. F-ing. Charlotte. Saturday: Martha graduates.
